
To react during a meeting, click the Reactions tab at the bottom of the meeting screen (it's in the same panel as mute audio and video, to the right) and choose the one you want. Send a thumbs-up, a clapping emoji or dozens of other options to communicate without interrupting the meeting. If you're muted in a meeting, you can still let others know your thoughts with emoji reactions.

Click on Meeting, then click Waiting Room to enable the setting. To do so, go to Account Management > Account Settings. One way to help prevent unwanted guests from crashing your meeting, or Zoombombing, is by enabling the Waiting Room feature, so you can see who's attempting to join the meeting before allowing them access. Click Video Settings, and under My Video, check the box for Touch Up My Appearance. To turn it on, click the up arrow next to Start Video. Lock: Locks objects and groups of objects to prevent other users with edit access from accidentally modifying the whiteboard content.When you are called on to speak, stop scrambling to click the microphone button. Info: Shows the creator and last editor of the selected object. Users can use the saved template to create a new whiteboard. Save as Template: Saves the selected object as a template. Export as Data: Export data from selected object as a CSV file. Send to back: Put the selected object on the bottom layer. Send Backward: Moves the selected object back one layer. Bring to Front: Put the selected object on the top layer. Bring Forward: Moves the selected object up one layer. Copy Link to Object: Copies the hyperlink or URL of a selected object which can then be shared or pasted elsewhere. Duplicate: Makes an exact copy of the selected object. Paste: Place the copied object somewhere else on the whiteboard. You can change the line thickness and color, or click the ellipses icon to reveal More options. You need to adjust the thickness manually for each tool.Ĭlicking an object using the Select tool will open the context menu. When the Pen tool is active, the selected brush size will not be applied to the Highlighter tool. To change the thickness, click the pencil icon in the left menu and select the brush size from the options bar: Thin, Regular, and Thick. To activate the Pen or Highlighter tool, click the pencil icon and then select Pen or Highlighter.
